🤝The SX Merge
The SX merge will be launched in five stages over the next month. The initial stages are focused on transitioning everyone’s current staked SX to the new post-merge staking contracts. The later stages will increase fee sharing to validators (and stakers!) while onboarding more validators. SX validators will receive SX Bet protocol fees post-merge, making SX one of the first fully vertically-integrated app chain in the world. SX holders will be able to delegate their staked SX to any validators to receive a share of validator revenue.
Phase 1 August 17th: Out With The Old — Current staking yield will be turned off
Phase 2 August 21st: Scaling Fee sharing — Increase reward share to stakers to 25%
Phase 3 August 28th: Fee Sharing — Increase fee share to stakers to 100%
Phase 4 September 4th-18th: Welcome New Validators — Onboard external validator nodes
Phase 5 September 19th: The New Normal — Increase staking cooldown back to 30 days

📈Cypto Price Markets
Crpyto price markets have officially been launched! Each asset will have fifteen (15) available betting markets: five (5) strike prices across three timespans (24 hours in the future, 48 hours in the future, and weekly markets closing each Friday). To start, SX will have crypto price betting markets on seven assets:
